With the River Wye this area is renowned for its climbing, abseiling, canoeing and kayaking activities. The Forest itself lies on top of a complex network of caves and caverns, making underground exploration a unique experience, while overground there is quad-biking, off-road driving, ropes courses and even llama and camel trekking!

Fantastic caving experience for small groups. Involves crawling and simple scrambling/climbing. With over 600 acres of underground workings we can provide groups caving activiites for a wide range of ages, interests and abilities: contact us to discuss your requirements. Set in the scenic Wye Valley, our site offers a fun, yet challenging outdoor adventure.
The terrain is varied, both woodland and open hillside and new for 2007 our epic 'killer maze'. As we take only single group bookings, it's ideal for celebrations, such as, birthdays & stag/ hen parties. We also welcome clubs, schools and corporate organisations.
We adhere to a strict health & safety policy, with trained marshalls supervising events.

Go Ape! and tackle a high wire forest adventure course of challenging rope bridges, tarzan swings and zip slides 40 feet above the forest floor, ideal for friends, famillies and corporate groups. Hiring of canoes/kayaks by the half day, day or longer. Overnight trips planned for you - camping B&B or youth hostel.
AALA licensed in canoeing, kayaking, rock climbing, abseiling, caving and raft building.

The ultimate high level Ropes Course for all groups (birthday, families, schools, youth groups, stags/ hens, corporate). Great range of team challenges from ground level up to 40 feet in the tress (to do them all you'd need at least 9 hours!). 3 hour sessions tailored to your needs. Have a real team adventure in a safe environment. All activities led by qualified, highly experienced staff (safety ratio 1:8).

Mountain bikers can follow the varied tracks in the Forest of Dean, Wye Valley, Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains.
Road cycling along quiet country lanes near sustrans long distance routes.
Cycle hire - quality 2007 front suspension mountain bikes, road bikes and tandems. All groups welcome - schools mid week term time discounts. Qualified guides - cycle based activities - route planning, delivery (free to Pedalabikeaway, Forest of Dean).

Mountain boarding (hire and tuition available). Mountain biking and bmx, various track/ jumps for all abilities.
Booking recommended. Minimum ages 8 years.
Parents of under 16 year olds to sign children in.
Open weekends April - October, plus everyday in Summer school holiday.

Offers excellent sport on various water. Included are Steam Mills for large carp, bream, large roach and perch.
Try lightmoor for big bags of carp, Meadowcliffe and Waterloo screens for peace and tranquil surroundings plus plenty of bites! Marions pool for a great day on tench, and Plump Hill pool for the youngsters, small and not so small carp along with chub, barbel and skimmers. We even have a stretch of the Avon available.
