Fern Health Spa in the Forest of Dean Relax, unwind and de-stress in the calm of our beauty salon in the heart of rural Gloucestershire. The hotel has a quiet beauty studio on the first floor. We are dedicated to offering the most effective and luxurious health spa & beauty treatments using only the finest quality products to make your visit to the Forest of Dean as relaxing and special as you'd expect.

We recommend you make your appointment at the health spa two weeks in advance for evenings and weekends. Payment must be made at the time of treatment by cash or cheques only. Gift vouchers are available for all treatments. Please inform the therapist if you have any medical condition that may affect your treatment. All information given is confidential.

At Fern we offer personalised skin care using the Italian skin care company Gerard's. They have devoted years of intensive research into creating a skin care range that can re energise, stimulate and protect all skin types. They use only the finest ingredients that are cruelty free, hypo- allergenic and non comedogenic.
Each facial is 50 min long and include an enzyme face peel, face, neck and shoulder massage to ease the mind. Whilst the skin is relaxing under a realising mask the hands or feet are massaged to emphasise relaxation.

Hydra Facial: Normal, Dry and Dehydrated Skins. This facial quinces thirsty skin using ginseng mallow extract to rejuvenate and refresh the skin.

Oily Free Facial: Oily, Combination Skins. This facial balances sebum secretion to help normalise the skin reducing a shiny appearance using fruit acids the skin is left brighter, smoother and fresher.

Calming Facial: Delicate, Sensitive Skins. This facial cleanses the skin deep down but respects the fragile balance of sensitive skins using chamomile extracts leaving the skin soothed and calmed reducing any redness.

Purity Facial: Acne Oily Skins. This facial cleanses congested skins with a through disinfecting and anti bacterial action with the thyme oil to remineralise and heal the skin.
